by ATFDC Guest Contributor Kate Julian

On Thursday, June 28th  over 100 people attended the G.L.A.M., Giving Labels A Meaning, event at the Hillyer Art Space in Dupont Circle. Blogger and owner of G.L.A.M, Meaghan Moynahan of District Sparkle held the event to celebrate 10 wonderful years of CASA service – advocating for our DC area children. Attendees enjoyed fabulous boutique shopping from some of the most fashionable DC area stores & designers while CASA youth & local fashion bloggers sport these fashions on the runway. G.L.A.M. also featured contemporary fashions, new designers, vintage apparel, unique accessories, local Etsy tycoons & more. The gorgeous hair and makeup was done by W Salon, clothing & accessories provided by Violet Boutique, Annie Cream Cheese, Three Sisters, & Signature Boutique.
