“On July 1, 2012, Michelle “Noodles” Smith opened a 70s and 80s themed clothing boutique at 3717 Georgia Avenue NW (near Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station).  Inspired by her family, music and movies, this Deejay turned her vision into one of Washington, DC’s most unique boutiques. Cookie Wear carries everything from soap to accessories and t-shirts to customized luggage.  The items in the store are carefully selected and only ordered in small quantities so that customers can feel one-of-a kind instead of like a carbon copy.”
